- Online advertising and marketing campaign management;

- Access to and limited non-exclusive license of proprietary customer relationship management software and content (“Proprietary Software”);

- Training on the use of the Proprietary Software;

- Support and consultation services related to the use of the Services.

Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and any future updates we may implement in accordance with Section 11 below.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

To access the Services, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old;

- Not have been previously banned or removed from the Services;

- Use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You may not impersonate others, provide false information, or misrepresent your affiliation. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account, even if unauthorized.

4. Fees & Billing

You must enter into a Subscription Agreement before receiving Services. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with your selected plan. Charges are processed monthly or as otherwise stated, and all applicable taxes are your responsibility.

Review our Billing Policy for details. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Billing Policy, these Terms shall prevail.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Post or share harmful, unlawful, or infringing content;

- Upload malicious code or disrupt service operation;

- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without permission;

- Misrepresent yourself or access unauthorized accounts;

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launchagentleads.com from all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or notice on our Site. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Service Modifications

We may change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

13. Disclaimers

14. Limitation of Liability

20. Performance Guarantee

If you do not close at least one transaction within 12 months of your Subscription Agreement, we will continue supporting you until you do, subject to:

- Running a campaign and daily ad budget approved by Launchagentleads.com;

- Our right to audit lead data and CRM activity;

- Our right to verify transactions, including contacting your brokerage if necessary.

Requests for this guarantee must be submitted to Client Care within 30 days of the subscription’s end.
